How/when would you recommend harvesting mullein?

Mullein is a biennial so harvest end of first year (for largest root) or beginning of second year BEFORE the flower stalk starts.

This is true from the root (useful for bladder incontinence and back issues).

For the leaf (useful for respiratory stuff, worms and gland support) any time as long as the look vibrant and happy.

For the flower...wait for it...when it's flowering. :0)
