1. Choose the right variety: There are two main types of chamomile: German chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) and Roman chamomile (Chamaemelum nobile). German chamomile is typically grown for its medicinal properties, while Roman chamomile is often used as a ground cover or in landscaping. Select the variety that suits Herb Seeds


2. Start from seeds: Chamomile is usually grown from seeds. Sow the seeds directly into the soil after the last frost of the season. You can also start them indoors a few weeks before the last frost and transplant the seedlings outside when the weather warms up.
