Is this wild Amaranth?

I ate a leaf, I am still around, so it must be something good. The white spots are diatomaceous earth. It looks friendly, it likes my flower pots and decided to grow there along with various companions I had planted there on purpose.

Looks like it is but my eyes are not as good as they used to be. Can you post a larger image?

If the roots are red, it probably is.
