Glad she's behaving herself. :)

Al lot of chronic licking issues get to be nervous habits so the Calm and Collected really helps.

She licked again while we were at Church yesterday. AARRGGH!

The vet has her on Apoquel. Could we give her calm and collected 2 times a day? She seems to lick when we are gone as self comfort.

Twice a day is fine on the Calm & Collected. Elizabethan collars while you're at church work well too. :)
