Is the marigold you list the same as pot marigold, aka calendula?

Will you please write about the medicinal vs nutritive value of spinach?

Lady ferns? Can you give the latin name of some?

I am usually suspicious of lists like this. Every plant is different for each person. It is important to address the NEEDS of the person and not rely on lists to make decisions and choices

And I second Martha's request for latin/scientific names for the plants so we can know EXACTLY what is being discussed.

There are some good plants there. Many of them probably wouldn't make my "top 15".

Also, when posting lists it would be good to post SCIENTIFIC NAMES and some supporting data to validate the claim.
